Tecchia Residence – 50 Wooster Street, New York, N.Y.

The gut renovation of a 4000 square foot loft in SOHO, N.Y. Innovative details such as up-lighted curved steel rods to mimic bamboo reeds in all the bedrooms. Lighting design by L’Observatoire (known for lighting the Mona Lisa and the Highline), curved walls and ceilings throughout to create a feeling of continuous space. Featuring in Million Dollar Listing TV Show with Ryan Serhant.

Altman Triplex Loft – 141 Prince Street, New York, N.Y.

Designed by Joe D’Urso. The gut renovation of an 11,000 square foot, 4 floor loft and 2 roof top terraces. Installation of new mechanical, electrical, HVAC, millwork, kitchen and finishes for all interior spaces. The renovation includes a home theater, skybar, cigar bar, 9 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 4 bars, and 5 bedrooms. Featuring in Architectural Digest.

Baker Residence – Sutton Square Townhouse, New York, N.Y.

Demolish 2 buildings. Ground up construction of one larger building on Sutton Square. 11,000 square foot, 4 floor loft and 2 roof top terraces. Louis Kahn-esque handling of concrete cylinder poured on site in phases. Concrete cylinder is formed with curved plexiglass sheets giving the concrete a shiny appearance. Custom stainless steel grommets were set into the concrete to receive structural steel in order to support the floors. The cylinder has varied niches and cutouts on each floor to display artwork or itself. Inside the cylinder wraps a stainless steel and glass staircase. Large floor-to-ceiling custom steel and glass windows at both front and rear facades. Exterior windows are adorned with renowned artist Paley’s formed grille metalwork.

Handler-Pawliuk – 325 Fifth Avenue, New York, N.Y.

A 2,300 square foot duplex, summer only project. Demolished existing staircase and constructed two levels of stairs with a landing in between. A sapele staircase, millwork with customized gates, and new stone boarders. We also installed radiant flooring underneath carpet centerpiece in living room.

Dolce and Gabana Penthouse Residence – 200 Eleventh Avenue, New York, N.Y.

The construction of 7,500 square feet, 4 floors and roof top (floors 16 – 19) penthouse in. The unique design will enable the owner to divide the residence into two separate penthouse apartments if desired. The key design/construction components of this project are the sleek reveals that wrap the entire apartment, the invisible hinges, the enormous slabs of carved red and graphite stone used for the bathrooms, the blackened steel and glass staircase and large laser cut decorative backlit panels for 2 dance floors contrasted against antique wide plank fumed oak flooring. In addition to the new stone finishes, millwork, MEP systems, two huge wood burning fireplaces are also installed.

McGinnis Residence – 141 Fifth Avenue, New York, N.Y.

Project consists of upgrading the electrical, AV wiring, millwork and painting to a 1,500 square foot apartment.
